One Crore and given free of any charges to conduct marriages including vessels, furnitures etc. an estimated cost of Rs. 1.3 Crores. Successfully runs a hospital mainly for the downtrodden in Maraimalai Nagar, the suburb of Chennai through Rotary Club of Maraimalai Nagar Running a subsidized Hygienic Canteen for the old and the villagers of Pulankurichi Village. Built a Vasantha Mandabam at a cost of around 40 lakhs. Being the President of his home town Pulankurichi Village, built a Sivan Temple and Vishnu Temple for which he donated around Rs.16 Lakhs. This Temple has the following deities, Vinayagar, Sahasralingam, Singaravelar, Thakshinamoorthy, Kasilingam, Durgai, Sakkarathalvar, Venkatachalapathy, Panchamuga Aanjaneyar, Karudalwar and Navagraham with Consorts and Vaganams. All the above deities are in independent Sunnadhies. In association with Nagarathars conducted the Second Kumbabhishegam of Arulmigu Singaravelar Temple at a cost of few Lakhs of Rupees. His personal contribution has been Rs. 16 Lakhs for the above. Joining hands with the Natives of the Village renovated and conducted the Kumbabhishegam function of Arulmigu Angalaparameshwari Amman Temple. He has contributed Rs. 8 Lakhs for the same. Built Rajagopuram for above temple at a cost of Rs. 25 Lakhs Donates 2.5 lakhs every year for the Prasadham of Kasi Viswanathar temple Varanasi. For the first time ever I conducted Sri Srinivasa Kalyanotsavam in the presence of Devasthanam priests at my native place Pulankurichi.(26.08.2023). More than 18000 devotees took part and received the Lord’s blessings. Built Dhanvanthri Arogyalakshmi Temple in Tirukazhukundram. | ROTARY | During his governorship lead a team of 32 Rotarians including 3 Ladies to Pakistan via Wagah Border on a peace mission. During his Presidentship in 1995-1996 successfully conducted a Cycle Rally of 9 Rotaractors of Peace Motion starting from Chennai to Singapore and from Singapore to Penang. A total of around 900 km in 10 days by cycle wherein everyday evening they were received by a Rotary Club of that City or Town and celebrated International Night with them. Built and donated an ICU for Margaret Sydney Hospital, a project of Rotary Club of Madras Central at a total cost of about Rs. 12.5 Lakhs Furnished two class rooms at Thorapakkam Panchayat School through Rotary Club of Perungudi at a cost of about Rs.40,000/- Built a Meeting Hall and a Vocational Training Centre Hall known as Abirami Centre at Kuilthottam, Santhome. Supporting the downtrodden by donating for marriages every year to the value of around Rs. 50,000/- Supporting the downtrodden by scholarships for around Rs. 2 Lakhs every year Built a community centre at Sullampatti, Pulankurichi at a cost of Rs. 7 Lakhs. Built a Computer Education Centre for School drop outs and a tailoring centre for a destitute women and donated it to Rotary Club of Chetpet for them to manage. He has donated 4.75 Acres of his property at Pulankurichi to Vivekananda Institute to run a CBSE School with priority for children whose parents are uneducated.
